Wildwood

Wildwood takes Colin Meloy's novel and turns it into Laika's most ambitious film yet. Every frame is dense with detail, from the tangled undergrowth of the Impassable Wilderness to the ramshackle charm of South Wood.

It's a film about borders — between city and wild, childhood and growing up, grief and moving forward — and it earns every emotional beat without ever feeling heavy.

Bring the kids, but be ready to be the one crying by the end.
